Volunteer role description
Where will I be volunteering?
Our supporter relationship team operates from TWAM Head Office in Ipswich
What commitment is expected from me?
It would be really helpful if you volunteered regularly, ideally on an agreed day/s every week
What will I be helping to achieve?
You will be helping support the fundraising and communications side of TWAM’s work.
What are the main things I will be doing?
Writing articles for TWAM’s website, e-news and publicity material
Working with the refurbishment centres to support exhibitions and their own publicity events
Supporting our donors requests for resources and information.
What strengths and skills will be helpful for this role?
This is a varied and very interesting role. You are likely to be something who can think creatively and come up with
innovative solutions. You will be a good communicator who enjoys writing and can attract the readers attention. You will also enjoy networking, bringing on board others within TWAM to help.
What support can I expect to receive?
A Full induction and volunteer handbook on starting. A named contact whilst you are volunteering and further training as required.
What can I expect from volunteering with TWAM?
