Are you ready to join our team and make a difference? Our Ipswich head office has an array of opportunities for you to help our cause. As an office volunteer, you could be the first point of contact for our supporters and volunteers by answering phone queries and emails or even writing thank you letters to donors and recording their donations. Working closely with our Office Manager, Fundraising and Communication Officer, or Volunteering Coordinator, you will have the chance to be involved in all sorts of tasks that will keep you engaged and excited.

Our small and friendly Ipswich office has four full-time staff and a team of around 8 volunteers, and it's located in the same building as our Refurbishment Centre. With a bustling atmosphere and lots of activity, there's never a dull moment! We also have a second office in our Refurbishment Centre in Rugby.

There are also other admin roles available in both offices, including within the operations team preparing the documentation for our shipping containers and supporting a Country Coordinator.
