We have lots of different volunteer admin opportunities to choose from.  If you are confident using computers and have experience of Microsoft Office we would love to hear from you.  Below are just some of the roles you might be interested in.  Currently the bulk of the roles are based in Ipswich, but from early 2021 most will also be available in Coventry.

We have a small friendly team of staff and volunteers.  You'll receive training and support whatever roles you choose.

Most volunteers do a mix of roles

​

• General admin including responding to post, emails, phone-calls, writing letters and recording donations.

• Accounts team

• Operations team working with the volunteer Operations Manager to prepare the spreadsheets, labels and documentation required to ship our containers full of tools to Africa

• Volunteer support working with our Volunteer Coordinator to process applications and support volunteers
